" We recently extended the back of our house to create a large dining kitchen. Marek not only took care of the entire design of the plans but managed the paperwork associated with the party wall surveyor and the building work permission. He also had to deal with Anglia Waters at several occasions. He was efficient, methodical and attentive to details. His plans were extremely useful for our discussion with the builders. Marek was also always available to meet and discuss changes even at the last minute. He always suggested solutions to the problems raised and made the all process much easier. In few words, Marek did a fantastic job. So, we can only recommend him. "

" Marek has been helping us with drawing up our plans for our extension. He has been both diligent and helpful. He has been great being able to meet in our home and discuss our plans which has delivered a personal and tailored service. Marek has listened to our requirements and both assisted and guided us through the building application process. We would not hesitate to recommend him. "

" We had a fairly small attic and therefore needed to calculate all measurements very carefully and find solutions to meet building regulation requirements. Marek Sekowski did this and advised us so we now have a very pleasant room, very well lit and as spacious as was possible. Every detail has been thought carefully, position of the skylights, power points, insulation, doors and best use of every space. We were very satisfied with his work. "

" Marek came highly recommended from a local builder who'd previously completed numerous projects for me over the last 3 years. I was looking for an architect to design a one story extension to an 18th century converted barn that I had recently moved into. There were several challenges that Marek had to contend with including a limited budget, keeping the design in character with the historic building, maximising the available space and future sale value and perhaps most importantly getting the design passed by the Planning Office in a strictly enforced Conservation Area. Marek travelled the two hour journey from his office in Cambridge to visit the site on several occasions to take detailed measurements, photographs and to discuss progress. This was enormously valuable to ensure our two visions for the extension were running in unison. As I'm a Graphic Designer and very picky when it comes to design, Marek had a tough challenge in front of him. However, we worked together at an early stage with Marek providing several 3D sketches and computer models to help communicate his vision for the building. This made the whole process painless, with Marek producing finalised drawings in less than 4 weeks and the plans being approved by the Planning Office on the first submission. A credit to his profession, I've found Marek's studious yet creative work ethic, rapid replies to emails and feedback on some of my crazy ideas invaluable in turning a dream into a reality. "
